I used my previous experience at the SC Commission on Higher Education (2017-2020) and my expertise as the only AI-certified social worker in the United States to generate a executive summary document that highlights the high points from each of the committee's meetings.  I used AI to help generate the summaries. I would estimate using AI to help generate these summaries conservatively saved 80 hours of human labor.
